1. A creative and entrepreneurial proposal to correct a sustainability/ethical responsibility management shortfall within the chosen enterprise will be developed that flexibly applies theories and heuristics assimilated during the module. This will demonstrate the ability to think through and critique the interconnectedness between the different aspects of sustainability and ethical responsibility theory in an operational context so as to synthesise innovative solutions. The team responsible for the shortfall will be identified and analysed and an interpersonal engagement plan developed to enable the proposal to be deployed by the team
