• Consider an area that requires improvement in your practice setting. When writing this proposal, consider the need and significance,
program design/components, implementation plan and evaluation strategy for one of the following (note: you are not limited to the items
listed):
o An academic-clinical partnership to enhance nursing education
o An innovative model of nursing education
o An intra- and interprofessional simulation scenario
o An intra- and interprofessional service-learning experience
o An intra- and interprofessional team learning experience
o Integrate a concept-based learning activity to promote competency development
• To complete this part of the proposal:
o Prepare a 1 – 2-page APA-formatted and cited paper:
 When preparing this paper, consider the intra-/interprofessional team members (also known as stakeholders) who would be
needed to create the proposed change (you will write about the stakeholders in part II/week 3).
 Briefly introduce the problem, which serves as the focus of your proposal.
 Identify the positive and negative outcomes associated with the planned change proposal.
 Identify the change theory to be used and how it will facilitate the implementation of the change.
 Identify and describe strategies you might use to promote buy-in.
o APA formatting should be utilized for this paper.

 Two sources of scholarly support should be utilized, the literature evidence used must be less than five years old, peer-
reviewed, and scholarly. No more than two direct quotes should be used.
