You are tasked to review and evaluate the company’s Total Rewards and its effectiveness in attracting and retaining talent. You are required to present your findings including recommendations to the CEO. Your presentation should include:
- Overview of company strategy and its influence on Total Rewards.
- Identify and explain the types of cash compensation the company provides.
- Identify and explain the relational returns the company focuses on.
- Identify THREE (3) job roles in the same job family. Research the salary of the job roles and evaluate its competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent in comparison to ONE (1) other company in the same industry and/ or salary survey data available.
- Recommendation of TWO (2) enhancements to the company’s cash compensation and/ or relational returns supported with appropriate justifications.
