You are the Director of Human Resources for a company with 5000 employees. There are physical locations in New York and Florida, and employees work remotely in every other state.   Choose any form of discrimination (age, disability, race, gender, or religion) Your company is facing a lawsuit from an employee who feels they were discriminated against.

This project requires that you do the following:

1.    Create any facts relevant to draft a hypothetical scenario involving the lawsuit 2.    Explain the relevant laws or regulations pertaining to the alleged discrimination 3.    Propose a training plan for the company to avoid these issues moving forward

The training plan must include at least the following:

i.    Audience (C-suite, management, all employees, etc.) ii.    Timing/frequency of training iii.    Mode of training (in person or online) iv.    Specific topics to be covered (include a discussion of the relevant laws)

The memo must include a references page with at least 5 scholarly, legal, governmental, or academic references.
