The bank has secured planning permission to convert the pub house to a banking hall and offices. The duration for the development is eighteen (18) months. A Kowloon based contracting company (Right Builder Ltd) has decided to bid for the proposed development. Right Builder Ltd plans to sublet the demolition of the existing building and subsequent site preparation to a suitable subcontractor.
You are a Chartered Quantity Surveyor working for a Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm (Wise Consult). Right Builder Ltd has approached your firm to provide services to ensure the preparation of a competitive tender to be submitted to Blue Sky Bank (client). Show how your services will be delivered by answering the following tasks.
