Written communication skills
The aim of this component is to assess your written communication skills and your ability to create logical and well-structured arguments based on your own research and independent thought. The questions focus on areas of social, games and mobile media discussed in the lectures, readings and tutorials. Good essays will take a critical, rather than descriptive, approach to the readings and theoretical concepts. NB: In order to pass this assessment, your essay must reference at least three of the unit readings and at least three academic external sources. Your essay should be at least 1500 words, with an introduction, body and conclusion. It should also take the form of an argument and critical analysis. Please choose one of the following options:
