The paper should be 1-2 pages in length, single-spaced, size 10 font. The body should consist of three
parts.

Part one should be a summary of what you learned while reading this book.

Part two is a self-evaluation. Utilizing the 21 traits discussed in the book, identify your strongest 3 traits
and your weakest 3 traits. Was it easy to identify these, or did you need someone else to help you pick
them out?

Part three should answer the following prompt: Where should we spend most of our time when
developing these traits in ourselves? Should we continue to build our strengths and increase the
disparity of our talents? Should we work on our weaknesses to become a better-rounded individual?
Can we do both or must we choose one or the other? If we choose one, how do we create/integrate a
team to be successful.
