Assignment Directions:
You have been hired to build a 600-square-foot home gym in your client’s backyard. The Assignment requirements are as follows:

1. Define the project scope: clearly outline the goals, equipment, size, features, materials, etc.
2. Detail major deliverables within each phase:
   o For initiation: What’s needed? o For design: What’s needed? o For construction: What’s needed? o For setup: What’s needed?
   o For finalization: What’s needed?
3. Break down deliverables into sub-tasks (actionable tasks):
   o Create at least three (3) actionable sub-tasks for each major deliverable.
4. Assign tasks to team members:
   o Clearly define who is responsible for each task.
   You will not provide any dependencies between tasks with this assignment. Your final WBS will have no more than four (4) levels but a minimum of three (3) levels. Please make sure you review the grading rubric prior to submittal and use the template provided. The WBS is to remain on one slide.
   Late assignments are penalized per the late policy outlined in the course syllabus. Late assignments are not accepted 7 days past the original due date.
