a. Look at “Martin’s Three Perspectives on Organizational Culture” (pages 166-168). After watching the video clip, which perspective of organizational culture does Google have? Discuss the elements perspective and why Google fits this perspective.
b. In regard to the previous question and the perspective of organizational culture at Google, in your opinion do you feel this is the best perspective to implement in an organization? What benefits does this perspective provide the organization and employee?
c. Again, thinking about the perspective of organizational culture at Google, take the position of the Devil’s advocate. Could this perspective be detrimental to the organization and/or employee? Why or why not?
