Observe and watch specifically the following aspects of classroom management so that you can offer commentary on the things that these teachers are practising well and things that they could improve:
- Body language and non-verbal cues of the teachers
- Implementation of procedures
- Effective communication
- Consideration of the self-esteem of the learners
- Classroom atmosphere and an physical environment conducive to learning
