You may not view this movie to be about product quality and safety, but I encourage you to explore the ethical dilemmas raised by the movie. What determines quality/safety in fast food services? Who bears the responsibility for the impact of fast food on the American people – the consumers or the industry? Should the fast food industry address product safety and quality differently?
