This may include, written: letters, memos, reports, newsletters, and noticeboards; verbal: telephone calls, video conferencing, briefings and meetings, and presentations; digital: intranet, emails, blogs, instant messaging, discussion forums, posts on social media sites, web chat, avatars, skype, electronic forms, apps, podcasts and webinars. Consider models such as, Shannon and Weaver and Schramm. You are required to assess communication methods used for different types of teams.
