The ultimate goal of this class is to create an original research proposal in the field of psychology. Your research study can be anything you want, as long as it has something to do with psychology!

The goal of this assignment is to finalize a research topic, think of research questions related to that topic, and then identify and operationalize the key variables of those questions. Review the ‘Topic Proposal and Operational Definitions Worksheet” document attached and follow the instructions listed in the document.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
