Overview
The purpose of this paper is to summarize you team building discussion and assessment of your own team leadership skills.
Where appropriate apply the leadership and team lessons from geese, Polzer, Shapiro, Thompson and Lencioni.
This is where you demonstrate your ability to use the course concepts, models and research to a real-world situation. Ensure that you adequately reference the course concepts, models and research using APA style.

a. What interesting or surprising things did you learn about your teammates?

a. What did you notice about the MBTI team distribution?
b. What are the implications for your team and how will you accommodate type differences so that you get the benefit from everyone’s contributions?

Provide a two-paragraph assessment of your own current team leadership skills. What are your strengths as a team leader and what are your areas for development? Apply insights from the course readings from Weeks 1-3. I am looking for an honest assessment.
