The final project is a three-part review of the course with personal application to cross-cultural management. The final project is a three-part review of the course with personal application to cross-cultural management. You will do the following for the assignment:
Part I: Summarize the 10 cultural mindset factors and how the TKD roadmap provides a framework for personal growth.
Part II: Provide an overview of the results of your personal assessments with commentary on relative strengths, weaknesses, and priorities for development.
Part III: Targeting a culture significantly different from your own, consider how cultural differences can be managed. (China is used purely as an example in the instructions below.).
