Assignment Directions:
The purpose of this Assignment is to develop a comprehensive stakeholder analysis spreadsheet for a project of your choice. This analysis should identify at least 10 stakeholders and provide detailed information about each stakeholder’s role, involvement, potential issues, and motivations for the project’s success. This Assignment will allow you to apply key concepts in project stakeholder management and enhance your ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Instructions:

1. Select a project: Choose a project (real) that you will use to conduct a stakeholder analysis. DO NOT USE CRM IMPLEMENTATION
2. Identify stakeholders: Identify at least 10 stakeholders who are relevant to the project’s success. These can include individuals, teams, departments, or external organizations.
3. Stakeholder details: For each stakeholder, provide the following information:
   o Role: Clearly describe the role of the stakeholder in the project.
   o Predisposition: Analyze the stakeholder’s attitude toward the project (e.g.,
   supportive, neutral, resistant).
   o Anticipated involvement: Specify the stakeholder’s expected level of
   involvement during the project Iifecycle.
   o Anticipated issues: Identify potential concerns or challenges the stakeholder
   might raise.
   o Motivation/Drivers: Explain the stakeholder’s motivation or drivers for
   supporting or resisting the project (e.g., personal gain, organizational success, risk aversion).
   o Predicted input: Describe the contributions, decisions, or insights the
   stakeholder is expected to provide.
   o Involvement in project changes: Specify when and how the stakeholder will be
   involved in any changes or decisions related to the project.
   o Impact of activities: Identify the project activities or milestones that will
   directly impact the stakeholder.
   Late assignments are penalized per the late policy outlined in the course syllabus. Late assignments are not accepted 7 days past the original due date.
