The Comprehensive Medical Report
Healthcare providers rely on medical evaluations that have gathered information about a patient prior. This evaluation includes the health status and medical history of the patient in order to help the provider assess an issue and/or complete the rest of the exam. Medical reports can include current and past medications, surgical history, allergies, specific symptoms, lab results, information gathered from other providers previously, etc.
