Innovation Project Proposal

A written project plan has to be submitted at the submission point below. The document should be no more than 1,500 words excluding tables, figures and references and appendices (10% overage in word count is allowable on this report). The key points in the project plan must address:
Company Name
Company Health Focus
Director Name
Director Portfolio Focus Name
A brief describing the portfolio focus in preparation for the business case, this includes the disease or condition descriiption noting specifically aspects on prevalence, mortality, morbidity, cost to society, demographics and other population information, possible co-morbities should also be discussed. The brief should also describe current treatments and technologies used in treatment in some detail. These could be life style strategies, medical interventions, technologies or medicines.
