Creation of a 5- year Strategic HR Plan for your organisation (how will your strategic intervention help put your organisation ahead of the competition locally and globally? 2. Present an analysis of how the existing culture and structure of your organisation might impact on the success of the new Policy initiative and the motivation of the staff. 3. Explain how you would develop, monitor and evaluate a leadership strategy that supports the development or revision your organisation’s mission, vision, values and objectives.
