Background on Client #1: 16-year-old transgender female in juvenile prison. She was homeless due to conflicts with her family regarding being transgender. She also has a history of substance abuse concerns.
Background on Client #2: 54-year-old male with over 10 years in and out of the criminal justice system. He has a history of mental health concerns and has committed 3 violent felonies in the last 10 years. He is also recently divorced and takes heart medication that requires additional management.
Write a 900-word report for your supervisor classifying your clients’ needs, based on each of their backgrounds. Complete the following in your report:
· Classify the needs of each client based on the information you have (in general, clients are classified into multiple groups).
· Recommend services for each classification you identified in the previous step.
· Discuss how the recommended services could support the clients for each classified need
