The structure of the paper will be as follows: Introductory Paragraph Paragraph 1: summarize the parts of the social change theory. Introduce the hypothesis that white supremacy is a moving force in US behind social change. Paragraph 2: look at the form or shape that the process takes. Use evidence to show the form or shape of each change as well as change in general. Paragraph 3: look at the awareness of social processes in the population. Use evidence to show for each change as well as change in general Paragraph 4: look at the level of social reality where the process operates. Use evidence to show for each change as well as change in general (this will be a long one) Paragraph 5: look at the temporal scope of the process for each change as well as the overall change. Paragraph 6: present your summary of findings and make your case. It may help to fill out the chart for each moment of change in order 1-7 and use that as your notes to write the assignment since the paper is working backward with the social change theory/chart . Make sure to cite your sources within the paragraphs and list your sources at the end. Sources can be news articles and reputable youtubes. I have attached a blank social change theory template. Fill one out for each separate piece of the movement and submit along with your essay. Also, think of this as a persuasive essay. You are not just presenting data, you are convincing me that these movements are tied together in a meaningful way with a common driving force behind all of them.
