Identify any underlying causes i.e. staff turnover, loss of funding for Saturday Academy, loss of funding for interventionists. Brainstorm possible solutions. If possible, include input from teachers, students, academic coaches, parents, and/or administrators, and alternative site employees. Develop an action plan that will address the problem.
