The action plan should include the following: Actions to be taken (3–5 activities i.e. after-school tutoring, push-in support, etc. (company branding to retain employees) Timeline for completion Responsibilities to ensure successful completion of the action plan (teachers, students, administrators, alternative site employees and administrators) Progress monitoring (who and how often) Method to evaluate success Before you submit, be sure the paper includes: A description of the problem-solving model The school-site/alternative site needs (data driven) A detailed action plan that includes research-based strategies A timeline for completion, built-in progress monitoring, and an evaluation system. APA style & format reference list and in-text citations. Submission Instructions: The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling. The paper should be formatted per current APA and 3-5 pages in length, excluding the title and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 2 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
