Each week you will be given a prompt to write a reflective journal assignment that will allow you to investigate areas for clinical preparation in psychiatric mental health. The reflective journal should be substantive, containing a minimum of 250 words. Supporting evidence for your thoughts and ideas should come from a minimum of one scholarly source. Sources should have in-text citations where appropriate and be referenced on a reference page according to APA 7th Edition standards.
All work should be original and submitted as a Word document unless otherwise indicated in the assignment instructions. ALL assignments need to be APA 7 format and accompanied title page in APA 7th edition format in order that the work would be properly identified for the student, the course, and the assignment. Work submitted without a title page will receive a grade of 0.
Review the article below. Then, write a brief summary of how you will utilize these in practice. Are there any others you have used in your nursing career in the past that you still recall? What other tips are helpful to you in clinical practice to retain information?
Tip: Choose 1 to memorize and implement it into practice each week for the remainder of the term. Create a memory notecard with the mnemonic information on one side and the NAME on the other to help you recall them.
