1- Describe and compare the roles of the (a) State and (b) Local County (or City) health departments. What health services are provided by each one? How are they each funded?

Afterwards, draft a plan for a campaign to address your selected health issue, addressing the 8 “P’s” (the marketing mix). Do not select mammograms as your public health issue.
