As we finish our term, consider what you have learned. Using an abridged version of ADDIE, we have relied on Instructional Design principles to select an appropriate educational technology tool for our specific learning community. We have demonstrated how it would be implemented and described its impact on all learners. Then, we developed an evaluation process in order to validate its performance. When we began our course, one of our goals was to grow as an image-bearer of God. We wanted to create a project that promoted love and met the needs of each of our students. Re-read Colossians 3:12-15 then reflect and share specific examples of how you see your work modeling these principles. How are you living God’s word through your work?

The candidate will write a paper that should reflect what the student has learned in this class. Special attention should be given to an application of class material on a real-life situation. The paper will be 2-4 pages in addition to the title, abstract and reference pages and be supported by at least 3 scholarly sources in addition to the textbooks. Sources should be within 5 years. The paper must be submitted as a Word document in current APA format.
