The purpose of this paper is to synthesize your understanding of concepts in Unit 5 and apply them to workforce development and management for technical leaders today.
You were asked to research and summarize one relevant academic article (less than five years old) highlighting techniques for enhancing organizational effectiveness in Discussion 5. What did you learn from that article (or that of a classmate) that you can use in your professional journey? (minimum of 250 words)
