Please follow the instructions below. Pediatric assessment form attached. Please do a PowerPoint for part (7 slides including the title page and reference page) Please use APA 7th edition formatting (which includes a title page and a references page in part one) . Please use information from: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16167-glomerulonephritis-gn and https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/glomerulonephritis/symptoms-causes/syc-20355705 and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK560644/
Part 1: Pathophysiology Section: Acute Glomerulonephritis. Write a minimum 250-word APA paper about the disease process or disability you have chosen. Don't use the same content used here for Part 3 of the assignment. Part 2: Pediatric Assessment portion (template provided). Using the nursing process and critical thinking, you will create a patient to do assessment and complete the forms attached. Do an assessment, filling in the form based on what you might find abnormal in your patient who has the disease you have written about. Fill out the attached assessment portion of attached template based on a child with your diagnosis of choice. Here, you want to make it evident that you are aware of what you would anticipate seeing while assessing a pediatric patient with the selected condition. Additionally, the assessment includes components on recognizing growth and development as well as cognitive and psychosocial development that would be expected for the age child that is chosen. Two nursing diagnoses are identified that are appropriate for the condition and as what is evident in the nursing assessment. These two are written per NANDA with the r/t and AEB criteria using an appropriate nursing diagnosis. Part 3: Educational Component (PowerPoint presentation) This part is about education of the patient, parent, or staff you would be working with in a pediatric unit or another pediatric setting. Make sure that you are demonstrating knowledge of the disorder, identifying factors that should be taught to the population you are addressing (parent or pediatric staff nurses or non-nurses). Students, this needs to reflect effort and time on your part; meaning there needs to be some creativity involved. Do not submit an assignment which is essentially copied information from a website or other credible source and claim this as your educational component. This is plagiarism, even if the source is cited, you must adapt the educational component to fit the needs of your patient and family and reflect your understanding of the education required and demonstrate original work.. This component needs to reflect that is specific to the condition, the population being addressed and the specific information that needs to be provided. Please use APA 7th edition formatting (which includes a title page and a references page in part one) . Please use information from: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16167-glomerulonephritis-gn and https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/glomerulonephritis/symptoms-causes/syc-20355705 and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK560644/ Please feel free to reach out!
