1. In chapter 10,we learn about conflict being both negative and positive as well as both dysfunctional and functional. Answer the following questions regarding conflict.
a. Discuss both positive and negative effects of conflict?

c. Discuss the types of conflict that are beneficial for groups versus types of conflict that are detrimental to groups?
d. What is one personal takeaway from the information you have learned from our text about conflict?
2. In chapter 11 of our text, we learn about the types of power. Briefly discuss the five types of power and discuss which type of power is most influential over you and why.
