Therefore, my Leadership Style questionnaire from Mind Tools in the University Library to acquire feedback about my top 3 leadership styles. In addition, my 3 leadership styles are: Sell, Tell, and Consult.

I need help with an example of how to write a report about my go-to and supplemental leadership styles. Including the following: 

Identify my top 3 leadership styles. 

Describe the potential blind spots of my personality that I was not aware of in my influenced leadership style. 

Examine how my personality typology makes you a better leader. 

Identify organizational environments in which I am likely to thrive and struggle. 

Develop a list of SMART goals that focus on self-improvement. 

Examine what leadership skills I possess to make you an effective facilitator and negotiator in the workplace.
