Assessment Title:  An exploration of the care and management of a patient with complex health needs.

Assessment Task:

Choose either Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or Colorectal Cancer (CRC) to create an evidence informed discussion, underpinned with appropriate bioscientific knowledge that critically examines the following key areas in delivering high quality care:

Critically explore the epidemiology and explore its significance for an individual and wider society.
Select an evidence-based aspect of nursing care; evaluate how you would assess, manage and deliver high quality care within an interdisciplinary context.
