Welcome to the ninth homework assignment!
In this assignment you will implement recommender systems using collaborative filtering (part 1) and content-based filtering (part
2) on a movies dataset.
In order to complete this assignment, please start with part 1 and upload all of the attached files in the Homework 9-Part 1. zip file
into Google Colab on the home screen. Make sure to put any data files into a data folder. Please complete any questions in that
portion and then continue on to Homework 9-Part 2.zip file and work on Part 2 of the homework.
When you are done with the assignment, please attach and submit your completed notebooks (Part 1 and Part 2) here.
