- Goal setting – SMART objectives and techniques for reviewing progress and achievement

You will need to look into the different types of development support within your organisation, and the resources you have available and provide a detailed evaluation of the benefits and the constraints that come with them.

There needs to be evidence of your Line Manager’s comments in relation to the discussion around the course.
