TASK DESCRIPTION

  • Students will prepare and deliver a 10-minute individual presentation, which will be followed by a 5-minute question and answer session specifically related to the presentation using a set criteria that the student will have seen prior to the assessment.
  • The presentation will identify an area of diversity within health and social care practice, and discuss the models and theories applied to this area of work, recognising the complexities and challenges.
  • After the presentation and 5-minute question and answer session, please ensure the module lead/assessor receives a copy of the presentation, references, and any notes.

Module Outcomes:1. Demonstrate a critical understanding of a range of theories, models and approaches that aim to address the diverse needs of service users within Health and Social Care
