The elements/drivers for change identified in the PESTEL impact on the opportunities and threats sections of the SWOT. The internal factors in the case study impact the Strengths and weaknesses sections.

Q2. 500 words +/- 10% Nature of change display Nadler’s (1995) model and insert where you believe Eagle Air is. You would then include a discussion with regards to the differences between incremental and transformational change.
