For this task (Task 3) – you are required to think as an entrepreneur. You are planning to start your own business. However, before starting your venture, you must identify potential risks you might encounter in the future. Identify the most important four risks. Explain your reasons for this incorporating the risk matrix. Then, detail your risk management strategy (managing and minimising) for each risk.
Furthermore, you are required to outline three ethically ambiguous business scenarios that you might encounter in the future. Outline each of these scenarios. Facing these situations, you must make decisions that are ethically sound. Explain the process in detail of how, you’ll reach ethical decisions, incorporating an ethical decision-making model, in these ambiguous business circumstances.
