For the Final Paper you will Read Chapter 12 to have an insight on how to build a case study. You will then develop a case study for a company. You can choose your approach from:

Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility
Business Ethics
International Issues in Strategic Management
General Issues in Strategic Management

Your Case Study should be a complete assessment of the company and the problem or issue that is being analyzed. You can use a company you know of, however please have in mind that ALL PROJECTS WILL BE SCANNED THROUGH A PLAGIARISM DETECTOR and you can not have more than 15% in direct copy/paste. Anything more than this 15% without proper citation or referencing. will result in a fail grade. Have this in mind and remember this is 30% of your grade.

You have to respect APA formatting for citations and references. Your Case Study has to be at least 3 pages 12 point times new roman (no including cover, references or any appendices)
