What is the basis/cause of the conflict in the case described? What conflict style/handling-mode should be use to resolve the conflict? Why is the chosen approach preferable to other approaches? What are the advantages and disadvantages of your choice? Formatted according to APA 7th edition and Saudi Electronic University writing standards. Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles.
