- critically examine how theories and principles of human learning apply to instructional techniques and behaviour support strategies for people with disabilities
Brief Description:
- Find an example in the literature of applying human learning principles and strategies to support learning for a person/ people with disability. Provide a brief summary of the article (e.g. aims, methods, results, implications).
- Describe and explain the theories behind the learning principle/ strategy.
- As a professional working with people with disabilities how would you explain the reasons why these principles and strategies are used to a person with disability and/or their family member/ caregiver.
Use a minimum of five academic references (e.g. peer reviewed journal articles). Avoid referencing dictionary definitions and webpages (unless information is from a highly reliable/ credible source such as the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) reports or the World Health Organisation (WHO)).
