In the role of an instant messaging administrator, propose an open-source private instant messaging server that can be used in enterprises to boost mobility and productivity. The instant messaging server should be described in detail, outlining its features, characteristics, and different modes of communication, along with deployment steps and snapshots wherever applicable. Additionally, evaluate the impact of instant messaging implementation on enterprise work practices, with relevant points.

- Viva will be conducted after the assignment submission as per the dates informed earlier.

- You can refer books in E-Library or use internet resource. But you should not cut and paste material from internet nor provide photocopied material from books. The assignment answers should be in your own words after understanding the matter from the above resources.
