Using census data and other research methods, identify a health disparity or vulnerable population in your community. Summarize the data, including appropriate in-text citations.
Identify an organization that supports the population you identified in your community. Services offered should include health care, but may also include financial counseling, social support, etc. A few examples of these organizations are: community health clinics, infant crisis centers, YWCAs, etc.
Research and summarize the organizations’ mission, target population, and why that area of focus is relevant to public health.
