Unit of Competency     CPCCBC4008B Supervise Site Communications and Administration Processes for Building and Constr. ProjectsPurpose of Assessment  Supervise and maintain on-site Communications  Submission Date Due Friday, 5pm, 27 September 2024. (Week 10)Tasks.     You are a Developer that needs to communicate on your company letterhead to a Building Contractor who is falling behind on the Healey Street, Goulburn project. You are requesting that they provide a detailed response on how they are going to get the project back on track.     2.  You must produce detailed notes to the nominated building contractor detailing three (3) important quality aspects that must be met for each of the ten important construction activities on the Goulburn project.       You must produce a letter to the building contractor detailing important documentation (at least 5 items) that must be presented to the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) so there is no delay in obtaining an Occupation Certificate (OC) and selling down the project.    Essential Resources  Project documentation provided in relation to the Villa project at Healey Street, Goulburn   Relevant Legislation, National Construction Code (NCC) & Australian Standards.    Additional Instructions  This Assessment accounts for part of the total assessment for this unit and must be competently completed.   Further aspects of this topic may be assessed in the examination.
