• Oppose or support the argument that “issues of power and control in healthcare have come to be rebranded as ‘leadership’” (Learmonth, 2015, pg. 46).
• Will the hegemony of the language of leadership in healthcare become discredited within another generation?
• If so, what will take its place?
• If not, why will it endure?
Substantiate your claims by drawing from the course content and your experiences as a charge nurse. Think beyond clichés and platitudes. Incorporate your unique insights about leader-centric, interactive, and broad and contextual perspectives of leadership.
