Communication Success Plan

For this assignment, imagine that you are a communication counselor. Two people in an interpersonal relationship are seeking your help to resolve a conflict. How would you help them?
Note: You may choose any type of interpersonal relationship. You may use an example from your own life, create a fictional situation, or choose a scene from your favorite TV show or film.
Write a Communication Success Plan for this interpersonal relationship. In your plan, include the information below.
Briefly describe the two people and what type of interpersonal relationship they have.
Summarize the problem. Why are they seeking your help? What is the conflict?
Identify each person’s communication challenges and communication strengths.
Explain the communication tools that you would recommend and how they could work to help create stronger communication for their relationship.
No outside research is required. Apply the concepts discussed in Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 of your textbook and the Unit IV Lesson to help you write this Communication Success Plan. Review a sample Communication Success Plan , but keep in mind that you do not have to use the characters in the sample plan (Holden and Bill).
Be sure to clearly identify the communication concept and explain how it would help resolve the conflict.
APA formatting is not required for this assignment. Your Communication Success Plan should be a minimum of one page in length.
