2. Choose a patient care scenario from your recent nursing practice experiences. You will analyze it using the Foundation of Knowledge Model.
Briefly describe your patient care scenario and then analyze the process you followed and include the following elements:

How did you acquire knowledge needed to address the patient care needs?
What knowledge did you generate to determine or assess the level of appropriate care?
How did you process the knowledge to make your nursing decisions?
How did you use feedback and what was the effect of the feedback on the foundation of your knowledge and the patient outcomes?
Did you disseminate the knowledge? To whom and in what way? If you did not disseminate knowledge, describe why that did not occur or was not necessary.
Reflecting on the patient care scenario, are there any things you would do differently in the process next time. Explain.
