- Choose a chronic disease or condition, provide a summary of its key features and investigate its prevalence in Australian populations
- Investigate and highlight relevant political, cultural and socioeconomic factors that may impact health outcomes for people living with the chosen chronic disease or condition

Poster 2 – Chronic disease and co-morbidity prevention
Develop a second poster with the same selected chronic disease or condition from Poster 1. Examine prevention strategies, which draw on the National Preventative Health Strategy (2021-2030), and other relevant frameworks and/or guidelines. Research contemporary evidence to present the primary, secondary and tertiary prevention strategies related to the chronic disease or condition, include intext citations on poster.
