Each group should select a change experience led by a transformational leader in an organization, collect the needed information to present the case with a detailed analysis concerning:

1.    Based on the organization strategy, what they need to change and explore the challenges that faced the change process?

4.    Based on your understanding of the theories of effective change implementation, did they undertake the right steps?
