Go directly to an executive to report the incident before talking about it with the offender? Confront the individual before taking action? Make contact with the individual with the goal of persuading that person to return the money?
3:A close business associate has asked you for preferential treatment on an upcoming contract and has offered you a generous sum of money for your time and trouble. Do you accept his offer? Why or why not?
