Assignment Brief:
Identify a problem situation / challenge in your work area / organisation. Use the systems
thinking methodology discussed in class to:
1. Develop insight into the concern by firstly describing the problem situation.
2. Represent the system using a visual modelling approach (e.g. Rich Picture)
3. Analyze and discuss (in detail) the role of the key stakeholders identified in this system
4. Discuss your insights from the above analysis
5. Formulate a conceptual model(s) which will address the problem situation
6. Develop interventions that can change the system and address the problem situation
7. Substantiate how these interventions will address the problem situation.
