Assignment 4 – Project Measures

A useful tool for summarizing your project plan is to create a Table of Measures, Sources, Timing, and Data Analysis.  The items you are interested in become apparent to your stakeholders, with this focus on measurement.

Assignments

​​Instructions: Identify the key measures and analysis methods for your project. Create a table in landscape orientation with the following columns and headings:

• Column #1: Specify the type of measure—whether it is a process, balancing, or outcome measure.
• Column #2: Explain how each measure will be assessed.
• Column #3: Indicate the data source for each measure. If you’re using an existing instrument or tool, name that instrument.
• Column #4: State when the data will be collected.
• Column #5: Describe the type of data (qualitative or quantitative) and the level of measurement (nominal, ordinal, interval, or ratio).
• Column #6: Identify the method of analysis (e.g., statistical test) you plan to use.

Below the table, include an operational definition for each of your measures.

If you use any AI tools (like ChatGPT, Grammarly, or other generative AI platforms) to help complete this assignment, you must give proper credit.

Along with your main assignment, please upload a separate Word document that includes:

• A list of all AI tools you used (if any).
• The exact prompts or instructions you gave to the AI.
• A short explanation of how you used or changed the AI-generated content in your final work.

This helps us maintain academic honesty and stay transparent about how new technologies are used.
