As a project management consultant, you are required to write an individual report of 3000 words (100%) based on The Smart City OS case study using the concepts and techniques you have covered in the module.
You must produce a 3000-word Project Management Consultancy Report (100%) in your capacity as a project management consultant. This report is a response to The Smart City OS case study, aimed at facilitating the project’s success.
Your project management consultancy report MUST include the following elements:
- Assess the key challenges managers may encounter during project management within a global business organisation. Discuss the essential roles, capabilities, skills, and attitude required of the project manager to generate value in the Smart City OS project.
- Identify and evaluate the roles of stakeholders in the Smart City OS project.
